Refers to all the elements necessary for the body that are contained in dairy products, and why including dairy in our diet is so important.
For many years now, the aim of the dairy sector has been to deliver a range of accessible, safe and great-tasting products, firm in the belief that everyone should have access to a healthy, sustainable diet.

Dairy products are diverse, readily available and an important part of a balanced diet, not to mention a versatile ingredient in a whole range of recipes. As such, dairy products remain a go-to kitchen staple and an everyday feature at mealtimes. Consumption of dairy products increased in 2021.

A great source of calcium and protein, according to France’s National Nutrition and Health Programme (PNNS), dairy products are vital for our health and are an important part of a balanced diet.
